We get it—shipping isn’t the sexiest part of the manufacturing process. But it’s one of the most critical. A guide rail that arrives bent, a wear strip that’s warped, or a custom SlideTrax curve that takes a hit in transit? That’s downtime you didn’t plan for.

Wrapped, Padded & Protected
We use protective foam, plastic sheeting, and smart wrapping to guard against scuffs, chips, and cracks. Whether your part is simple or intricately machined, we make sure it’s ready for the ride.
Boxed Like a Pro
Our team selects the right shipping method for the part—from reinforced boxes with internal supports to custom wooden crates for large or delicate components. There’s no one-size-fits-all here—just what fits you best.
We make a wide variety of parts, shapes, and sizes. That means using custom boxes or pallets to provide appropriate protection. Some plastic materials—such as MD-Nylon and Acetal—can chip on sharp edges, so special care is taken with those.
Polycarbonate guards are shipped with masking intact to prevent scratches on the clear surface.
UHMW is highly impact-resistant and does not break. These parts are protected from corner dents with custom boxes and padding.
No Part Left Behind (or Rattling Around)
We separate parts in multi-item shipments to prevent damage. No domino effect during delivery. Every piece stays exactly where it belongs.
Empty spaces are packed with padding to make sure no excess sliding occurs. Parts with room to move can blow out a sidewall on the box, resulting in lost components.
Clear Labels. Clear Docs. No Confusion.
Preventing problems starts at order entry—confirming shipping addresses and shipping methods. This ensures an accurate packing slip and bill of lading.
Parts are bagged or tagged as necessary. That way, your receiving team isn’t guessing or digging. They’re unpacking and moving forward with assembly on the machinery.
Shipments are photographed before departure. This documents the packing method and package or pallet condition at pickup. It also helps prevent carriers from claiming the packaging was inadequate.
Track It Like a Hawk
Shipping details and tracking? You’ll have them. Invoices include a tracking number and confirmation of the shipping method. Our customer service team has fast access to tracking information, so you’re never left in the dark.
