Slideways manufactures high quality custom and standard plastic extrusions, rails, and other non-metallic machine parts, including our SlideTrax straight and corner tracks for all makes of chain. The SlideTrax line includes both standard and custom straight slide track and standard and customer corner slide tracks. These straight and corner slide tracks are available in most standard standard sizes for all Side Flexing Chains. Chain sizes include 879T, 880T, 881T, 882T, 1873T and 1874T.

Our Straight and Corner Slide Tracks are Manufactured Using Plastic Extrusion

All SlideTrax straight, corner, and custom slide tracks are manufactured using the plastic extrusion extrusion process to ensure durability and reliability. Plastic extrusion is the process of forcing or pressing a material out through a die. The plastic for the straight tracks and corner tracks is melted and mixed in a molten state, then extruded through the die. After the plastic cools, it is pulled through a cooling trough, where it solidifies. Once the plastic has solidified, it is cut to length.
