Custom Profile Machining  

This has enabled our customers to avoid expensive extrusion tools and high minimum runs (very useful for prototype and short-run applications). Machined profiles can be made to closer tolerances than extrusions.

Modified Standards

Assembled Components

Bearings or linear components can be assembled with other raw materials to make custom parts. We manufacture conveyor rollers from our roll end bearings, commercially available tube and metal shafting.

Custom components can be stored at our facility until your are ready for them.
